Linda Japngie – Executive Chef

Hails from: Crown Heights, now Hoboken, NJ.

Executive Chef: “The concept is American-style comfort food and honestly what I think about the most is what I like to eat, it’s almost centered around that.”

Off-hours: “I’ve been playing chess for 7 or 8 years. To get really good it took about a year, but the first year I had a teacher. And then somebody bought me a banjo so I had to learn how to play.”
